In the odd case that you do not love your Ezmé Studio products and would like to exchange them:
What is the Exchange Policy?
We adopt a 7-day exchange policy and all eligible products can be returned for a new product of higher or same value or store credit (which will be valid for a year). You may fill out the ‘Return Request’ section found at the bottom of our website or email us at hello@ezmestudio.com within 7 days of buying the product to raise a return request.
All garments can be exchanged for an item of the same or higher value at a nominal charge of Rs. 100, not applicable in case of damaged goods.
An item can only be exchanged if sent back to us in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
In the case where an order being exchanged has been paid online, and if the garment being exchanged is of a higher value, we will send you a payment link to cover the additional cost of the garment.
What is the Refund Policy?
We do not provide refunds. We offer store credit, which is valid for up to one year.
Please not Buy 1 get free products & 1500 clearance sale product aren’t eligible for exchange or return.
Why are certain products not eligible for return/exchange?
Custom orders with specific measurements or products with personalized initials are not eligible for exchanges. These are made to order especially for you and hence cannot be returned/ exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
What is the process to return/exchanging a product?
It takes 4 quick steps to return a product:
Step 1: Go to the ‘Return Request’ section found at the bottom of our website or email us at hello@ezmestudio.com
Step 2: Make sure to fill in the relevant details like Order Number and Reason For Return.
Step 3: once we receive your form, we will send our warehouse address to you where the product to be exchanged/returned has to be couriered
Step 4: If it is a return, you will receive a store credit voucher for the value of the original purchase. If it is an exchange, the new product will be shipped to you once the return has been processed.

How long will it take to process a return?
For domestic orders: 7 to 10 working days.
How long will it take to process an exchange?
For domestic orders 3 to 5 working days after receiving the product in our warehouse.
